Chef Virat grew up in the city beautiful Chandigarh, India and completed his graduation from Institute of Hotel Management Chandigarh. Being involved in various art forms like acting, painting and other crafts he finally found his art form.

He started his career at Taj Hotels as a management trainee and ended up as Sous Chef at one of their premier hotels in Chennai.After living in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai, it was time for him to return amidst the pandemic and  founded moulded chocolates.

Being awarded several accolades in the skill of bakery and patisserie throughout his career, he  has experimented with almost all cuisines.
